Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation
• Provide constructive feedback to support student progress and confidence
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification or license (preferred or required, depending on institution)
• Proven experience teaching English at the appropriate grade level
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools
