Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and students in a professional and courteous manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in Thai and English
Support student admissions, enrollment records
Maintain accurate and confidential student and school records
Assist with correspondence, forms, notices, and school communications
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings as needed
Support school administration with daily office tasks and reporting
Liaise with Thai parents and assist with communication between families and the school
