Full-Time | Kindergarten–Grade 12 School
We are seeking an organized and people-focused Registrar / Human Resources Officer to support student records,
enrollment, and staff HR functions in our small K–12 school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student admissions, enrollment, records, scheduling and official documents
- Maintain accurate and confidential student and staff records
- Support recruitment, new teacher/staff, contracts and staff documentation
- Track staff attendance, leave, and basic HR processes
- Communicate with parents and staff regarding registrar and HR matters
- Support school administration with reports and compliance needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, HR, Administration, or related field)
- Experience in a school or administrative/HR role is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication (Thai and English), and confidentiality skills
- Comfortable with databases, spreadsheets, and school systems
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
